Four succesful multiplier events in partner countries

The recent multiplier events for the MOBIRURAL project in Berlin (DE), Bucharest (RO), Badajoz (ES), and Padova (IT) have marked significant progress in establishing a robust European network for rural mobility agents.

Each event brought together a diverse group of stakeholders, including local administrators, public transport experts, and community leaders, showcasing the collective enthusiasm and commitment towards enhancing rural mobility.

In Berlin, the event, co-hosted with the EUniS Project, emphasized practical solutions for rural mobility, featuring insightful presentations and discussions on electric bus fleets and public transport simulations. Similarly, the Bucharest event highlighted integrated ticketing systems and funding opportunities, drawing active participation from representatives of various regional public transport authorities and universities eager to join the MOBIRURAL network.

In Badajoz, the event focused on sustainable mobility plans and the future of rural transportation in Extremadura, with significant contributions from local government representatives.

The Padova event, attended by local policymakers and transportation experts, addressed the challenges and opportunities of rural mobility within the context of European funding programs.

These multiplier events have not only disseminated valuable knowledge and best practices but also fostered cross-border collaborations and network building.

The positive feedback from participants underscores the success of these events in driving forward the MOBIRURAL mission. This milestone reaffirms our commitment to building a stron European network for rural mobility agents, paving the way for a more connected and sustainable future.
